Our shipments being delivered in good condition to the carrier, it is up to the recipient to express any reservations at the time of delivery, in the event of breakage, damaged or missing packaging;
The execution of the order will be based on available stocks. If a vintage runs out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with the closest quality;
Payment will be made upon ordering, before shipment, by any means (check, card or bank transfer);
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of our invoice (Law No. 80.335 of 05/12/1980 and taken up by Article 121 of Law No. 85-98 of 01/25/1985) .
